1- On startup the user will be asked to decide if he wants to upload or download a file
If he chooses the upload option a new window will open, from here the user will be asked to enter the name of the file that is being saved, the type of the file, after choosing the type of the file new options will be available according to what type he chose.
if the file is a document (text file): the user will be asked to enter the title of the file, its subject, the date of the document and some keywords
if the file is a picture: the user will be asked to enter the name of the place where the picture have been taken, names of people in the picture, the date of the picture, and some keywords
if the file is an audio file: the user will be asked to enter the type of audio (speech, interview, music, etc…), names of people included in the audio, the date when the audio has been recorded, and some keywords
if the file is a video file: the user will be asked to enter the type of video (interview, press conference, concert, TV show, etc..) names of people included in the video, the date when the video has been recorded, and some keywords
after that the user is done with the inputs, the save button will available, clicking it will ask the user for confirmation that he’s done
if the user chooses the download option a new window will open, then the user will be asked to choose the file type, new options will be available according to the type of file.
Choosing the type document will ask the user to enter the title, the subject, the date and keywords
choosing the type picture will ask the user to enter the place, names of people, date, and keywords
choosing the type audio will ask the user to enter the type of audio, names of included people, date and keywords
Choosing the type video will ask the user to enter the type of video, names of included people, date and keywords
After that the user is done with the inputs the user has to click search button, after clicking the button the results will be displayed, and highlighting a file will make the import button available so that the user imports the file needed on his computer, if no matches found a warning will pop out, when the user presses ok he will be asked to enter the inputs again.
There will be a drop down menu with two options “exit” and “new”. Clicking on new will reset the software to its initial state where the user is asked to choose between uploading and downloading a file
